lyrics

"On The Wind"
Broderick

I've tried, I've tried so very hard
To be a better man
It seems my attempts have all been lost
No one understands
Black crows they seem to hang around my head
But all of us seem to get picked every now and then

But time goes on
And it goes on
And on, and on

On the wind, you've sworn your sins
On the wind, you've sworn your sins
On the wind, you've sworn your sins
On the wind

That childish smile on your face is worn
Such a loss of innocence
By a path men are expected to ignore
Will the sky forgive our sins?
Wish I could go back in time to play again
To smell the air the way it used to way back when

But time goes on
And it goes on
And on, and on

On the wind, you've sworn your sins
On the wind, you've sworn your sins
On the wind, you've sworn your sins
On the wind
